De-Matting Fees
For the comfort and safety of your cat, I do not perform excessive or prolonged de-matting. Light tangles may be carefully brushed out as part of the grooming process. However, if your cat’s coat is heavily matted, the safest option is a shave-down to remove the mats.
De-matting services (when appropriate) may incur an additional fee of $10 per 15 minutes.
The exact fee will depend on the severity of the matting and the extra time required.
